While any common person who set up live nude cams in a shower or restroom stall would certainly be punished for any number of violations against personal security, privacy, obscenity, or assault, the government sees no harm in setting up similar devices to clamp down on the same behavior that otherwise would just provide free erotic entertainment. When you think about it, it also comes down to who owns the property as well, as I would probably be entitled as a property owner to set up nude live cams on my property, and somehow force anyone who entered my home to agree to understanding that they are possibly being watched by a nude live cam and any content generated from this event would belong entirely and solely to me.
I’ve actually heard about a scenario where live nude cams like this have been set up, and the owner of the property encourages any man who wants to come to his bordello to have sex for free in front of the nude live cams to indulge in the prostitutes he has hired on call. Apparently he’s making quite a bit of money off his nude live cam business, as he can afford to pay from some pretty hot girls to have sex in front of his live nude cams, of course, this nude live cams network is in Bulgaria.
I’d compare this to a story I read about a nude beach in North Carolina where some locals were complaining that others were having sex out in the open near the parking lot of the locale. The authorities promptly set up surveillance cameras to monitor the property in the attempt to arrest the violating parties. My guess is that they should have just installed dummy video cameras, as I’m sure no one was stupid enough to go at it right in front of the cameras.
